Set shortly after End of the line, Tenpenny survives the accident but to compensate it, he has 50 HP, After him realizing that he survived, he grabs CJ's Briefcase and follows his escape route in case shit happened, like some sort of Plan B and you help Tenpenny escape by controlling him.
