in the second episode, the protagonist, Scott McKenny, spends five years in prison. After five years, Cole comes for him. And on the way to Anderson's residence, he tells him that our boss has formed an alliance with sect leader Ted Mendez and the Spanish Mafia chief, Derek Wilson.
They get to Anderson, Anderson then meets Scott with Ted and Derek and tells them they need to find a Vagos leader.
Scott here says he knows a man who understands LS.
Afterwards, Anderson gives him the weapon, the car and the apartment, everything he needs for the task.
