After finding out the truth about C.R.A.S.H and it's leader, Frank Tenpenny, captains of the Los Santos Police Department made a group against them: the PFAC ( Police Forces Against Crime). This group, commanded by several police captains, hiring investigators to search for clues to stop C.R.A.S.H. This investigation is being led by Albert. He is is digging up some things about a police officer that is possibly working for C.R.A.S.H. Albert has discovered that this cop drives trhough the Los Santos highway everyday at 11 PM. That being very suspicious, he asks Mike to investigate it.
