I like Tragedies. GTA IV has my favorite plot among the GTAs. Victor Vance is my favorite character in the 3D era. And I felt like the 3D world could use a good Tragedy. The plot for this one orbits a young member from Umberto Robina's gang in the mid 1990's who shall live a story of ambition, power, and madness. My recommended user tracklist for this one is Spotify's "90s Latino"!
