smoke y ryder quieren robar el banco por que son muy pobres XD y tambien luchan con la nueva fuerza policial conocidas como PDSA (proteccion de san andreas) crearon esta fuerza policias el presidente de san andreas por que los crimenes despues que 1991 aumentaron un 78% y entonces crearon esta fuerza policial
