Extract the file and put NPC Skin folder to Modloader, if you don't like the mod then after the mission complete you can delete the folder. Wich mean it's very easy to uninstall the skin mod

At that part where I have to chase him with the parachute, a "Mission Failed" text popped up. Can you fix the issue?

Oh are you still have that problem? I only encounter that problem once when testing this mission. I don't know why it's happen but it should be fine after you reload the save file

Maybe that happens because one of the police crewmates died next to that tower entrance while killing the mafia (if you know what i mean).

I'm pretty sure I didn't set the police as "must survived" actor. Probably because one of the hostage is die. But idk how can they die if all the enemy is dead
