Los Santos, 1989, the gangs are taking power an control on the city of Los Santos with gang war, gang activities and major crimes. Carver, an officer of the C.R.A.S.H. Unit with his partner Teddy Williamson take the peace on the streets. Then he have to help another friend the officer Ralph Pendelbury to clean the streets and other problems. But some problems came from when the two officer think there are some suspicious activities from the officer Frank Tenpenny and Eddie Pulaski. Install the modpack and play this storyline with dyom 8.2.
