PLOT: Peter Dinka is the son of South African immigrants. His father Trevor worked hard to bring him to America. Wanting to help people just like his father, Peter ran for mayor of San Fierro, successfully winning the election. His objective is to destroy the Italian Mafia and their cruel practices of human trafficking.
