War of 2020 with China is coming to an end with Jin Jie stopping it for. Turns out that Admiral Chang, the man who tried to assasinate Jin Jie, the next leader of China, was alive and escaped to Russia after the Battle of Suez Canal. Sergeant Recker is tasked by Captain Blackburn, to inflintrate Admiral Chang's hideout and put an end to the threat of next Sino-American War.
