Political chaos has ensued in the state of San Andreas leaving many behind and the government had followed afterwards following mass protests and widespread anarchy; therefore, leaving the three factors to a person's life "under bars" - survival, paranoia and brutality.

A disgruntled wife who has her husband held hostage by a faction in the San Andreas mountainous region had affected her state of mind which led into a drastic change of events. The wife, now remembering the husband's suffering - goes on a mission.
