Story :
Its 1993 in Vice City it was Lopez Castro his Brother Jose and Their Friend Javier Montakila They were representing the cuban gang of Lil Havana The cuban gang were rivals to the haitian gang of Lil Haiti
However the Two sides were tierd of killing each other so they came up with an agreement that prohibets any cuban or haitian to kill each other
It was all fun and games until the cuban gang bought 10k's of cocain from the haitians then some snitches commited the haitians by dealing crack so they needed lawyers so they asked the cubans to pay them
The cubans could'nt pay so the haitians teamed up with the los santos vagos and san fierro rifas and attacked lopez and his friends on a drive_by after the attack jose was killed
After the funeral lopez and javier have gone to San Andreas to start sorting this mess out and revenge for jose
