In a San Fierro of 1979, the only things who rule there are the night fever on the discos, getting fun and oblivous the crimes are raising on he streets. Hao Yu Xing is a 23 year old boy who works for the San Fierro triads with his friend Zhu Ming who they are tring to gain power for they local Tong. But one day, other triad factions will start a war each ohter and creating the chaos on the streets. This will make Hao try to safe is friends and his honor as a triad member and takeover the town.
