Phil Hendricks,a police officer from Los Santos.One day a murder near the LSPD happens.Phil gets promoted to a detective since the other detectives are on vacation at the moment.Phil and Luis (Luis is his partner to solve the case) get on to solve this case,and many more.

Intro isn't tested at all, main character falls through the floor at some point.
The plot itself is very naive and lacks logic.
But I did liked the decorations.
