Ok, but I don't know how to add a boxing ring to the mission, I can't even find it in Objects. And I don't know how to make Actor disappear at the next checkpoint.

just simply hide it by going on actor's option and choose hide actor then he will disappear on the next checkpoint, and for the boxing ring just use the one on the grove street, for example, the player should go to a building and it supposed to be a box ring there so when you get there on the checkpoint you simply teleport the player to the boxing ring on grove street and you add an object to hide the door wich makes you leave the area, and don't let who plays your missions get out and find out it&

With DYOM# Addon you can add custom ID's so also download it here: https://gtaforums.com/topic/927357-dyom-addon-for-dyom/ and if you'll install it, head to objects, select object and press tab to type custom ID, type boxing ring id and you done ;)
