Based on mobile game "Gangstar: West Coast Hustle" by Gameloft.
Carl "CJ" Johnson and Ryder have gotten to Los Santos. CJ and Ryder drive to a phone booth to contact Sweet, Ryder's homie but an unnamed gang gets Ryder angry when he tells Ryder to "find one of your own phones". CJ beats the unnamed gang up to death and Ryder contacts Beverly Johnson, the CJ's mother, to find out where Sweet lives. After finding out where he lives, Ryder and CJ go to his house in Grove Street at Ganton where they meet with Sweet. Sweet tells them to go pick up his son, Jeffrey Cross because the Ballas stole his car. CJ and Ryder pick up Jeffrey, they then go to the nearby gun shop and get CJ to buy a gun to protect himself. When they get back, Sweet tells them to "go play for a while" and to come back soon. Sweet also remarks that the Ballas are becoming a problem and that he should warn Big Smoke about it before something happens.
