the ballas and carnales keep on attacking and the guy helps the others saying they used it to spy on area 69 but ryder and sweet took it becuase they were fighting vagos in the dessert (there will be a mission on that story) the guy says that the carnales want to reclaim the car and the ballas want to get the grove the ballas dip out once they leave the arena and the carnales are in the dirty work themselves guy says more are hiding is los santos high school so cj and the guy go there (that's in part 3)
