You play as Bis Smoke who reappears for some reason and who goes to Gorve street to take revenge on CJ and his family, with unforseen consequences.

He succeeds and it seems that Smoke has gained supernatural powers that allow him to manipulate space time. Even in his death CJ can not escape the grasp of Smoke, who has created a personal hell for him.

Suddenly CJ is rescued by a mysterious scientist who offers him a choice, or rather an illusion thereof: Either try to fight Smoke while the damage he did can still be undone or be tormented by him forever.

Cj chooses the former and finds himself in a world that increasingly resembles his greatest fears...
