Oh, that! Yeah, the time limit to complete the mission is the hardest part of the mission: you may need to try over and over again before you could finally get the hang of it.
I've tried to complete this mission multiple times myself in order to test it before publishing, and I was able to achieve an average final time of 1 minute and 8 seconds. Who knows, maybe you'll get a better end result than me, eventually :)
