PREMISE: Phil O' Moeney is a Mobster working under the Irish Mob in San Andreas of which has worked tirelessly for more than 20 years, he has grown tired of risking his life day in, day out, unsure of whether he would look at his family in the eyes again.

Until one day, before his boss has a meeting with Woozie in the The
Four Dragons Hotel & Casino, the boss decides to hook him up in the
most dangerous job he has available in order to compensate his loss,
as well as giving him a fat sum of cash to support him and his family,
because the deal he'll strike with Woozie will make the Irish Mob have
more influence and power as well as funds in San Andreas.

Regardless, he asks Phil to bomb a major sector of East Beach,
Sacrificing several innocent civilians in the process, Phil is hesitant,
but he cares more about his family than others in the end of the day, so he accepts albeit reluctantly, very sure that when he dies, he's gonna be sent to hell.

Either way, will he be able to bomb East Beach and become rich as well as support his family even further, in the aftermath? That's up to you now, control Phil, become him and do a job even more dangerous than the bombing of Fort Staunton in '98.

GAMEPLAY: Stealth, Driving, You can scout for supplies in the mission area as your boss layed them out for you. Main highlights of the mission are the new areas created around the map of San Andreas (mostly Los Santos)

DIFFICULTY: Hard, Difficult boss/mini-boss fights, almost unkillable enemies in stealth portion (you need to actually be stealthy), High-Power guns in the hands of enemies, a more tactical approach is EXTREMELY recommended.
