That's what they call Las Venturas. And they're right. The city is gambling-infested, crime-ridden, and sex-filled to the brim. After the power struggle of the mid-60s, the city is owned by the one and only Vance Fantello, a lazy, ruthless monster. His only goal in life is to instill fear in the ones that oppose him. No one ever took him down. Well, there have been some that tried, but none truly succeeded. Until recently, when his carefully put-together operation started crumbling down around him. In a desperate attempt to keep his wealth, he called his old friend, Leone, who sent three of his best men to Las Venturas to help him out.
