It's 1991, You're James Earl Cash, a gulf-war vet, who was without any jobs opportunities after the war, due to being dishonorably discharged. So, without any options, he resorted to crime, he acted as the Scarecrow for several mobs, gangs and the such. All to provide for his family and ensure their well-being, but, after they found out what he did, they ceased all contact with him for their own safety, so, after that, he was a man on the run, the Most-Wanted criminal of the USA. Some good chunk of time later, he would work for the Sindacco family, where he would help with business matters, do his usual brutal scarecrow tactics for them, and avoid conflicts, so for one of his new jobs, he was asked to visit Los Santos to take care of a Petroleum Refinery Plant seize made by the Ballas and help the new enforcer (ie. recruit) on his bank job (of stealing the inside track betting in Downtown LS), will he be able to do so without the cops bothering his ass? Up to you.

You don't have a lot of ammo, so use it wisely, looking to aim and shoot at the heads of your enemies or fuel tanks of their cars.

Ammo, Armor and Health are scattered across the mission locations, so try looking for any secrets or explorable parts of the location.

Police will not make it easy for you, DO NOT LET THEM CATCH YOU!

Fun Fact -> Most of these cars are cars that showed up in old movies (Starsky & Hutch, The Driver, 2F2F, Taxi Driver, The Godfather, Vanishing Point)

There's also Secret Vehicles parked around Los Santos, check the alleyway at the back of Old Reese's barber shop to start your easter egg hunt for them (some of them are iconic Twisted Metal vehicles).
