The mission is based on a theory that Toni Cipriani was sent to kill CJ. On the ps2 cover of LCS that Toni comes back to Liberty City after killing a gangster. (THIS IS JUST A THEORY! THE FACT THAT TONI KILLED CJ IS NOT REAL!)
