This is The Complete Edition of Greg's Wild Ride mission pack/storyline.
Description of the mission pack/storyline - Greg Santo and Carlos Jason get into the world of hallucinations, afterwards Greg Santo is kidnapped by someone and Carlos must to save Greg at all costs, because it's the only way out.

Unfortunately I couldn't get the mission pack/storyline on the official DYOM website.
The file to download has the Wild Swat Team DLC but the below link also downloads it but with Greg's Wild Ride as well.
