Now is the ballas back and they whans the money and drugs back.
Now is it your mission for Kill the Ballas and bring the money and drugs to the army.

1)Put the file in your Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files
2)Start San Andreas
3)Chose New Game DYOM
4)Upload the file and have fun ;p
