In this second part you are attacked and prisoned by Leatherface - The Panopticon Killer. Your mission is kill him and escape the Panopticon.
Before playing, type cheat AEZAKMI for no wanted level for sure. The cops wouldn't be in this mission. Your weapons is chainsaw (you'll fight).
