Story:

Agent Haines is an extremely skilled and experienced NSA Agent, being nicknamed "The Grim Reaper" for always being the sole survivor of high risk assault and arrest operations. He's been recently tasked to dismantle the Triads, Mafia and San Andreas Bikers's takeover of the Red County small town of Las Payasadas, and bring the mayor into custody for his political corruption schemes, due to information gathered from an inside job. Can you help Agent Haines accomplish his task and bring the mayor in?
