Ladies And Gentlemen Cheseg Remastered Presents his first mod Ever this mod Activates a feature which is disabled in dyom which is gang turfs in normal dyom this mechanic is deactivated with no gangs spawning in the streets but with this Script which is Compatible With Dyom 8.1 Dyom Red and Dyom IX This Problem Is Solved With ballas Grove Street Members and More Spawning Through the Streets of Los Santos Driving on their cars and Walking on the Streets Armed To the Teeth (Note The Gangs Will Act the Same they React to CJ)
is a Simple Script But it Can be Really Useful to upgrade the Immersion in Dyom The Script works in Dyom Storylines and Mission Packs All opinions are Accepted And Any Errors Will be Attempted to Be fixed As Soon as I get Notified about them 

Install Instructions 
After Extracting The Archive, Put the South_Central.cs file At your Cleo Folder or inside a file in Mod loader on your GTA San Andreas Folder And Enjoy
