Carcer City 2003 Carcer city is falling apart as the Rust belt Situation Spreads Through all of mid West Making Carcer City go into a Financial Decline Situation Making Half of the City Almost fully Abandoned With the only Life Left being Gangsters Homeless People And Serial Killers And to Top it All off A Snuff Film Being Produced By Valiant Video Enterprises On the Most Dangerous And Abandoned parts of Carcer City With the Leading Star Being Believed to be a Dead Convict James Earl Cash Which Has No other Choice than Kill Anyone That gets Through his Way Being With his Bare fists With a Handgun or With an M16 If is Necessary And This Time It Looks Like he is Going to Have to Use Nothing Else Than a Crowbar Knife Handguns a Shotgun And a Sniper Rifle is he going to Blast out of this Chaos?
