In the heart of Long Beach, California in 1981, two brothers, Ching and Ling, found themselves drawn to the vibrant street lifestyle. Growing up in a Cambodian-american household, they had always been trying to survive. A fight broke out that led to a gang initiation. The "Tiny Rascal Gang" was made out mostly Cambodian immigrants and ex-veterans who tried to escaped the tyranny of Pol Pot.
