I played it to the end. Finale was good, BUT... Overall, i think you misled the player many times giving false instructions, also, that taxi driver in the blue Tahoma was just out and about with no given context... and by the end of the mission it seemed like you were bored on designing. I'll rate 2/5 for the effort of a 80 objectives mission but i can't go higher than that, could be a 3 if it wasn't as linear.
