STORY
In the late 60's and 70's, Chris Phelps (wink wink) it's an old serious police station detective that has been investigating the lately massacre between Mafia Mobsters and Rivalries in Ocean Flats.
One of those days, Phelps calls out Emile, his recent new co-partner, to investigate his recent findings and to discuss the possible location of one of the main heads of the Mobster: Big Silver.
