Bullet Rose

After the death of LSPD's beloved chief, a new and unusual chief, nicknamed 'Bullet Rose', took the office. Her new ways were a great success in reducing crime but the criminals that tasted the new, experimental punishment were not going to let her run the city for too long.
NOTE: the bars of Rose's "cage" can be broken with melee attacks.

@Abbas Sohaib i am aware of that problem. i have re-defined his path many, many times and he is still trying to drive somewhere he is not supposed to go. i am not sure what causes this problem and i can't really fix it. even if it did work, he will just loop around the studio so not a big loss.
