In 1999, the sheriff of the small fishing town of Macbath, Nohoga Yokatta, finds a new favorite protégé—Roger Summers. Though far too odd for his peers' liking, his logical abilities catch the eye of Sheriff Yokatta, who sees in him the makings of an S-tier detective. Little does he know that Roger is, in fact, a twisted and vengeful psychopath with some serious bloodlust.
