Eventually, after a fierce fight, CJ and his comrades take down the incoming Ballas leader with them, marking a major victory for Grove Street.
After the battle, CJ and Sweet return home exhausted, but realizing that tonight was a pivotal moment in defending their neighborhood. Sweet looks at CJ with a proud smile and says, "Thank you, CJ, for saving Grove Street." And so the mission ends... but the struggle is far from over, as gangs never forget their defeats!
