The year is 1997. Los Santos just had its communication taken off from the outside world. The people have lost their minds; they have become savage animals with only suffering and blood in their minds as they pin people to the floor and try to rip people's eyes and lungs out with their bare hands for self-enjoyment just a few days after a new medicine was distributed to the city by Living Bay Pharmaceuticals called "Therium" which was meant to cure cancer. Something happened to make it act like this... it was no accident; it was intentional...

This is the first demo of biological downfall containing 5 missions

The mod is in development as we speak; the final release is expected to be on 20/06/2026, containing 24 vehicles, 2 main protagonists, new weapon models, and a huge amount of texture changes to the areas around Los Santos and Easter eggs!
