PLOT:
Two mysterious organizations, Shadow Virtue and Shadow Syndicate made a deal about the exchange goods of military supplies and attempt to co-operate to suppress the coup d'état made by corrupt government at LV to gain more power and wisdom. However, things have become agitated as one of the organization's tricked, turning into a massacre. Steven Manuel, a member of Shadow Virtue escaped the massacre and decide to retire and start a new life. But after everything he failed right before his eyes. He decides to rise up and investigate to find out the people who turn the organization a massacre.
