When you do,enter the WinRar file and you'll see a folder named "ZHLTJ". Copy the folder and paste into the "SD" folder located in the "GTA San Andreas User Files" folder.

The Story:

Part I of The Powder Trails Trilogy “Weight Off My Turf” follows the protagonist as he sets out to recover stolen drug briefcases belonging to his friend Darnell. The Vagos recently hijacked the deal and took off with the packages, forcing him to track them down before the situation gets worse. What starts as a recovery job quickly turns into a shootout, as the Vagos aren’t willing to give anything back without a fight.
