Sinopsis:

Synopsis:

Two homeless men, Paul and Phil, with no hope for a better life, survive day to day by scavenging for food in dumpsters, begging for money, and asking for scraps at restaurants. The 1992 riots erupt when corrupt police officer Frank Tenpenny is acquitted of all charges against him for murder, extortion, and corruption. They see this as a golden opportunity to change their fate. Taking advantage of the chaos, they embark on a crime spree. They will loot everything in their path.
