1993, somewhere in Independence City, a dark and gritty city, a man named Kenny Simmons is a member of the Evil Rich Guys, an organized crime facing bigger problems, and the gang's main goal is to wipe enemy gangs as much as they can. Can they defeat their enemies? No one can tell.
