Rider is tired of living in the hood,and happens to be talking to one of his grove street homies one night while gettin high. Rider's homeboy tells him about Vice City and Rider gets the idea to visit Vice City to vacate from the hood for a little while and see something different.Rider comes to Vice City and unfortunatly causes alot problems and runs into problems as well.
