Well... the answer is very very easy!


1. Press Y!
2. Go to Mission Menu!
3. 'Publish Mission' !!!
4. Go to 'GTA San Andreas User Files'
5. You will see a 'DYOM0' file.
6. Upload it up on this site.
7. Download the mission.
8. Press Y then Mission Menu then Load your mission!

I said! It's easy!
