When anyone makes a mission, he makes alot of cutscenes (which is good, but it's better when the text is without the cutsccenes.)

AN EASY WAY:

Objective => Add Objectives => Add Special env. objective => Timeout => %set the time% => write your text for example : (+b+Austin+w+) Hello homies.

Then when you start the mission and you go to a check point, you see this text without the cutscene.
